My name is Ken Argent. I am the principal stockholder in PAL and the company spokesperson. I am most famous for legalizing aftermarket extended service plans with the Federal Trade Commission in 1970 & still owning my insurance agency yet today in addition to PAL. PAL Inc is a corporation of retired dealers, insurance company owners, and principal sales & leasing software engineers who also founded independent auto leasing companies dating back to 1969. We have provided software©, securities, and services to every level-yield lessor in the motor vehicle lease arena during the last five-decades. As the PSE's of the auto lease industry, we were given complete information of every auto lease structure in the USA, both good and bad, on which the PAL Platform© in built. Among many other things, PAL is the sole copyright holder of the only used-vehicle leasing systems in the US Library of Congress, #TX4498218 © 1994.

Our products and services evolved from a natural progression of creation for our own use, then dealers, the lenders, . PAL's structure is a regular (C) corporation.  93% of all company functions are performed by electro-mechanical technology and can managed by as little as two people monitoring a Command Console.
